Site Analysis & Survey

In site surveys, detailed assessments of the site are carried out in order to complement and verify the information provided by the client and the evaluations reported by the consultant team. They may begin with a simple walkover survey and then progress to more detailed surveys focusing on specific issues.

Consultant Reports

Planning applications must increasingly be accompanied by statutory reports and assessments. We undertake our reports early to allow us to incorporate any outcomes into our site optimisation. These can vary from Tree Reports, Ecology Reports, Land Contamination reports Flood Risk reports etc.

Each site presents its own challenges. We will analyse your land’s constraints in great detail with our in-house and external technical team. We will work with all our specialists to assess a range of factors to find the best solutions, including access, drainage, utilities, flood risk, contamination remediation and ecology.

Optimise Site Design

Maximizing value and increasing the likelihood of gaining planning permission the first time requires optimising the site for the right planning permission. In addition to the work that has already been done, a detailed analysis of sales has also been conducted.

An outline of how any subsequent planning application will be determined is provided by planning officers employed by the council, and we consider this information when making the full application.
